Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellation Policy
1. Order Errors, Changes, and Cancellation

If you have made an error when placing your order or need to contact us regarding your order, please send a message or email as soon as possible to info@calgaryco.ca.

Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be modified. In such cases, the order must be returned in accordance with the return procedure described below. For international shipments, delivery times may be longer and delays may occur. Once an order is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our return policy. If an order has not been delivered within 16 weeks, you may submit a cancellation request.

If an automated order processing system is used, order processing may begin immediately. In some cases, shipment may commence within 15 minutes of placing the order.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1
These return terms apply to all purchases made through the Calgary&Co website.
2.2
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us by email at info@calgaryco.ca. The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
2.3
The cost of return shipping and any associated expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
2.4
Returned items must be unused. Once a product has been worn or used, it may no longer be eligible for return.
2.5
Products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events may not be eligible for return, except in the case of a defective product or where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
2.6
Refund processing times depend on the order and the inspection of the returned item. The return shipment must be sent within 30 days of approval of the return request.
2.7
Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
2.8
A return will only be considered complete once the physical goods have been received and inspected.
2.9
If an item has not yet been delivered and is still in international transit, cancellation will only be possible after a waiting period of up to 16 weeks. You will be kept informed of your order status throughout the entire process.
3. How to Submit a Return
Step 1
Contact our customer service team by email at info@calgaryco.ca and explain the issue or reason for the return. You will then receive return instructions.
Step 2
Return the item using a reliable shipping method with tracking. This allows us to process and approve the return safely.
Please ensure that your return shipment is properly documented. Only returns with a valid tracking number are guaranteed to be processed and refunded. Once the returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible.

- Always keep proof of your return shipment.
- Refunds will only be issued after the product has been inspected.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid delays or disputes.
